Our History
Granitslab International was founded in 1988 in the stone rich region of Stanstead, Quebec. From the beginning it strived to raise its standards of quality in terms of stone finishes. To increase the speed and the effectiveness of its customer service has also always been a priority.
The year 2000 marked the addition of three new stone finishes:
- honed
- rustic
- ancient
Two years later, Granitslab International undertook an important technological turn. The decision was made to modernize the equipment, putting Granitslab International at the edge of technological advancements in terms of stone transformation.
The changes included the addition of four new product lines:
- landscaping
- kitchen counters
- cut-to-size
- funeral urns
It is with these new tools that Granitslab International looks to the future, trustful in its capacity to innovate.
